Custom Protective Roll Covers
Our AMERICAN MADE custom fit roll covers for cylinders are designed to protect a wide-range of cylinders, which include chrome, heat transfer, anilox, gravure, rubber, and rotary die cylinders. In the plastics industry, these custom fit roll covers are mainly used to protect the edge and face of the cylinders from impact damage that occurs during handling and storage.
Construction
All custom designed roll covers are expertly constructed with vinyl top, a foam core, and vinyl backing.
Our quality custom roll covers feature:
- Two ply industrial 1/8" vinyl material
- Vinyl is solvent resistant
- 4" Velcro loop fastener on front
- 2" Velcro hook fastener on back
- Vinyl identification window
- No-slip round rope edge protection
